1. Use of the Service

dweet.cc allows users to send and receive JSON data using a public or private “thing name”. Messages (“dweets”) are publicly visible unless explicitly marked as private. You are responsible for any data you transmit using dweet.cc, including its legality, safety, and accuracy.

2. Privacy and Data

We store the last few dweets per thing for up to 24 hours. Private dweets require an authentication token, which you are responsible for keeping secure. IP addresses and limited metadata may be logged for abuse prevention and usage analytics. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use dweet.cc to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit malware or engage in unauthorized access
• Flood or spam the service with excessive requests

Abuse may result in rate limiting, IP bans, or removal of content.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, dweet.cc and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of dweet.cc after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
